International Women’s Day Display

International Women’s Day is such an important celebration and day for raising awareness of the continued inequality between sexes. Our library created this Celebrate Women display to mark the occasion. 

I used a variety of fonts for this display, and cut the lettering using a Cricut cutting machine.  

I uses a range of quote images. I focused on the positive leadership and impact of women, and displayed books written by and about such women – both local and international, historical and contemporary.
