Australia Day Display

Australia Day is celebrated on the 26 January each year. This year, this Australia Day display was used to brighten the entrance way and welcome our students back to school. The idea was to promote Australian authors.

The lettering was from InstantDisplay, which is a truly amazing website.  The flag bunting provided a nice boarder and a large Aussie flag become a colourful tablecloth.

I gathered images of popular Australian authors from their prospective websites and printed small copies of some of their most notable works to hang around their photos. I used Microsoft Word to add photo frames and the font Outback for labels.
